We've had three great days to spend with Haley. She moved out of NICU on Saturday afternoon, and has been doing well. It looks like she'll be released from the hospital tomorrow into our custody. Yayyy!!! The pediatric neurosurgeon looked at the MRI and it looks about like we expected: Dandy Walker is present, and is severe enough that it will probably delay her motor skills, such as talking, walking, eating, etc. However, the issues can be corrected with hard work and therapy, so the outlook isn't so bad. He said she should have normal intelligence. Yay, again!! Here are a couple more pictures of our beautiful girl. Enjoy!
